Become a Nature Unplugged Educator.

The Nature Unplugged Educator Training is designed for organizations committed to improving mental health in tweens, teens, and young adults. It is ideal for professionals already providing services and programming directly to youth and young adults.

This training is best suited for individuals from:

• Nonprofits, educational institutions, businesses, and corporations

• Teachers, educators, community leaders, parents, mental health professionals, and student leaders who are passionate about promoting digital wellness and nature connection

What does this training include?

The Nature Unplugged Educator Training is our most comprehensive offering, available in two formats:

• Full-day training (9 AM – 4 PM)

• Three (3) two-hour sessions over the course of three months (one session per month)

Participants will receive:

• A copy of Experience Nature Unplugged: A Guide to Wellness in the Digital Age

• The Nature Unplugged Workbook

• A set of Nature Unplugged Conversation Cards

What You’ll Learn:

Participants will learn how to bring the core principles of our unique curriculum to their organization and community through:

• The ENU (Experience Nature Unplugged) Method – A framework for digital wellness and nature-based connection

• Facilitation training on:

• 20+ engaging Nature Unplugged Activities, including the Conversation Card Deck

• Mindfulness practices to foster a deeper connection with nature and promote healthy tech boundaries
