What are Nature Unplugged Clubs?

Are you interested in joining the Nature Unplugged movement? Looking to inspire wellness in the digital age in your community? Well, then it’s time to start or join a Nature Unplugged Club. Nature Unplugged clubs are community led clubs with the purpose of wellness in the digital age. They are all about bringing people together in-person to promote preventative mental health through various unplugged activities (hiking, meals, games, etc.). While club activities and outings can vary, they all share the same purpose of being unplugged, promoting community building, and preventative mental health.

Why Nature Unplugged Clubs?

The purpose of Nature Unplugged Clubs is to mobilize change (promote wellness in the digital age) at the community level through: unplugging, connecting with other people in-person, getting outside, getting moving, and educating community members.
